The Trunk Road T2 forms the middle section of Route 6. It connects Central Kowloon Route to the west and Tseung Kwan O Lam Tin Tunnel to the east. The scope of the project comprises a dual two-lane trunk road of approximately 3.4 km length, 3.1 km of which are in the form of tunnels and associated buildings, civil, structural, landscaping, electrical and mechanical works, traffic control and surveillance system.
